WHAT IS MAMA'S LOLLIPOP?
Mama's Lollipop is a joint vision, creation, and collaboration of Mama Shan and her photographer daughter, Nora Canfield. It is a concept, a lighting style, a post-processing technique and a mission to brighten up the world and make people smile, laugh and be happy about their caricature style photo portraits. It's an opportunity to bring a personality and/or alter ego to the stage. Characteristics of the tradigital Lollipop are shiny hair and face, bright eyes and teeth, saturated colors, and bright orange background gradating from red, orange, yellow, and sometimes white. Use of fun props is also encouraged. The success of the final piece is dependent on the combination of lighting, subject, and
post processing with Mama's Lollipop Actions.
