COMPATIBILITY All of Mama's Products are compatible with both MAC and WINDOWS platforms as well as non-English and English versions of Photoshop®. Check individual products for version number compatibility, which ranges from Photoshop 6 up to current versions of Photoshop®. Mama's Actions are NOT compatible with any version of Photoshop® Elements®
HOW TO ORDER MAMA SHAN'S PRODUCTS AND ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
- PayPal or use of any major credit card* through PayPal via online secure transaction (Using the Add to Cart buttons).
- Credit Card Order by Phone Call in order at 615 473 6317. Accepting all major credit cards. (10AM-10PM CDT)
- Direct Payment Send payment directly from your own PayPal account to shan@photoshopmama.net
- Western Union Payments are accepted but you must email me first requesting my info needed for WU payment and then e-mail me the Western Union Control # before we send you your purchased product. DO NOT click the Shopping cart icon for these purchases, just e-mail me with name of the product you wish to purchase!
- Mailable Forms of Payment (Conditional) You must complete and attach Mama's Mailable FOP form to an e-mail sent to Mama before product can be sent. You will be sent confirmation of receipt of this form and issued a reference # to put on your US Money Order or US Bank Cashier Check.
- US Postal Money Order
- US Bank Cashier Check
*Credit card transactions via PayPal from certain countries are not accepted by the shopping cart; those customer's would have to use Western Union, Phone in the order, or obtain a US Bank Cashier Check to mail payment.
RECEIVING PRODUCTS For most products, after ordering, you will receive--
- A verification e-mail with a subject line of "Confirmation of e-mail for (Product Name) to confirm your identity and establish a clear connection between us via e-mail.
- Once you reply to this to confirm your purchase, the product e-mail with a subject line of "Enjoy Mama's (Product Name) will be sent to you with the actions "attached" and in the body of that e-mail is a direct download link for any applicable videos and images used in videos*.
- Then you will receive another e-mail with a subject line of "Please Confirm Receipt of (Product Name) to which you should reply in orderto insure proper registration and confirm that you received the product.
* Most all videos may be viewed online without purchasing any products. Often there are tips, that can be used by anyone, regardless of owning the product or not. Clicking the product name in the left columns will take you to a page with more detailed information, as well as links to view any applicable videos for the product(s).
If you haven't received an e-mailable product within 24 hours or less, please check your JUNK MAIL folder, as this has happened often to first time customers. To avoid this right off the bat, you could add the following e-mail to your Mail Program's Address book and the filter should allow the mail from us to get through:

And for goodness sake if it's been longer than a day, don't wait a week to contact us, as we usually get these orders out within 12 hours, if not immediately. But check your junk mail first! LOL!
In addition to the product e-mail, we always send a back-up e-mail without any attachments asking you to confirm receipt of the product. we do this because all mail servers are not created equally. Due to the onslaught of spam, security issues, and viruses, and the fact that a server may be too busy, at the time, we have found that some mail servers might detain or delete incoming messages that have attachments (no matter how small or large the attachment is).
The confirmation receipt e-mail at least let's you know that the product has been sent and gives you the opportunity to reply to confirm or respond, providing an alternate e-mail, if you did not receive the product.
Haven't received product? If you have not received either the product e-mail or the confirmation receipt e-mail, in a timely fashion (within 12 hours, but normally it's within minutes), then you should contact us with the name of the product, purchase date, original e-mail address, and include an alternate e-mail to resend the product. We want you to start using the products as soon as possible!
We know when we purchase an electronic file over the internet, we want it as soon as possible! So believe me, we understand and try to do our best to provide that service to our customers. Take into account that sometimes our internet service does go down due to storms or other unusual circumstances. If you have any concerns we welcome inquiry via e-mail or phone.

We are in the business of "showing how" rather than "showing off". We back all our products with 100% free support. ABOUT MSDIG Mama Shan's Digital Imaging Goodies, LLC is a "grass roots" type internet business started in January 2007--Mama Shan personally, designs, prints, packages, and mails / e-mails every product sold on this site. Shan's youngest daughter, Nora Canfield is her primary business partner and provides most of the photographs used in the tutorials. DISCOUNTS
Group Discounts may apply for 5 + persons in a group buying same product! E-mail Mama about a particular product of interest.
School/Educational Discounts and site licenses Mama's products may be installed on computers at an Educational or Training facility, only when an MSDIG licensing contract has been obtained. To install these products at these types of facilities, without this license would be a violation of the Terms of Use of these products. Contact mama@photoshopmama.net to obtain info on Educational Discounts and/or site licenses.
Special Discounts may apply if you are a student, teacher, senior citizen (60+), or in the US Military. Contact mama@photoshopmama.net prior to purchase to inquire about available current discounts on the desired product.

REFUND POLICY We are sorry we cannot issue refunds, as these are electronic files. Exceptions are that if you ordered 2 of the same products or a bundle that already contained an action from a single purchase on the same day. We do our best to show you exactly what you're getting on the product pages, before you buy! FREE Tech Support for registered products is inherent with all our products.
