COMPATIBILITY All of Mama's Products are compatible with both MAC and WINDOWS platforms as well as non-English and English versions of Photoshop. Check individual products for version number compatibility, which ranges from Photoshop 6 up to CS4. I will be testing my old actions and re-engineering them for CS4, if needed. If you have upgraded to CS4 and find that certain actions don't work, please shoot me an e-mail, with the specific Action name, as I will give the actions you already own preference in my testing order.
PURPOSE Mama Shan's Digital Imaging Goodies have been designed to expedite retouching and post-processing time spent on digital images, in Photoshop®. They are also designed to put the control in your hands of finessing various effects. Unless your client insists on "over-retouching" or exaggerated special effects, you should exercise good judgement and strive for images that don't look retouched! Most of the time, the best way to do this is to lower the global opacity of the Group/Set that the Action creates, and check the effect of before & after by Option/Alt clicking the visibility icon on/off for the original
Background layer.

ABOUT MSDIG Mama Shan's Digital Imaging Goodies, LLC is a "grass roots" type business started in January 2007--I, personally, design, print, package, and mail / e-mail every product sold on this site and LOVE doing it. I hope that inspires others, to know that you can start and maintain a successful business with minimal startup up costs for a business license, a computer with DVD/CD burner, backup hard drive, software, & an inkjet printer with direct disk printing capabilities. I also save money by hosting with POWWEB which only costs around $80.00 a year. It's a "shared" server, so sometimes the site is down for a a few minutes or few hours at a time. This happened about a dozen times in 2007--sorry about that folks--but compared to the cost of hosting on a dedicated server ($1200 to $5000 a year!) frugal mama finds the occasional inconvenient "down time" worth it! If I double my sales in 2008, I might consider moving to a dedicated server, in 2009!
ADVERTISING What did I spend on advertising in 2007? Absolutely nothing but my time. The 27% Growth Rate of Gross Sales in 2007, is all because of your support and big mouths spreading the word. Love those big mouths!!! And I can't forget about YouTube. YouTube called me in October and asked me to be in their Partnership Program and this has really been pivotal in spreading my tutorials and products all over the world! I'm not saying I'll never spend $$ on advertising, but for now, I sort of like being under the radar and to quote one of my loyal repeat customers--

DEVELOPMENT While we've used many of these Actions and techniques for quite some time at MsDigPhotography, there are some new ones that have been "born" from Customer/Student requests! SITE FORMAT Purchased products include an e-mail sent to you with the actions "attached" and in the body of the e-mail is a direct download link for any applicable videos and images used in videos. However, most all videos may be viewed online without purchasing any products. Often there are tips, that can be used by anyone, regardless of owning the product or not. Clicking the product name in the left columns will take you to a page with more detailed information, as well as links to view any applicable videos for the product(s).
BROWSER OPTIONS In order to view videos, you need the latest Flash Player plug-in installed in your Internet Browser.
Also, to download files and view videos, your browser should have certain options checked. Click my Mozilla Firefox Options page to see how to do this.
REFUND POLICY I'm sorry I cannot issue refunds, as these are electronic files. Exceptions are that if you ordered 2 of the same products or a bundle that already contained an action from a single purchase on the same day.
