Creating a neon sign, is fun. There are many different variations you can create. I will show you a great way, by mainly using layer styles and a few filters. You can also choose to pick whatever color you want. I really like the blue color I went with in this tutorial. Creating wires is also fairly simple. We’ll be using the Pen Tool & Brush Tool to do so. Give it a shot, happy creating!
